Mangrove snapper have been the target for captain Lee Blick at the Skyway Bridge. Captain Blick likes to chum with cut greenbacks and use a chunk of greenback or a small shrimp for bait. Showing up in the chum line have also been out-of-season grouper and big tarpon.
